Several dozen people attended the public information event and offered important feedback and insights on how the research team is classifying neighborhood market strength and how housing cost-burden is being experienced by different vulnerable populations in the region.

On December 7, GOPC and other Housing Advocates presented recommendations for ways to improve the proposed rules for the new Ohio Single Family Housing Tax Credit, a new state program that would invest $50 million per year over four years, to develop new single-family housing across the state.
