The Conference Center at the OCLC, Dublin, Ohio
The one-day conference will focus on bike and pedestrian infrastructure, funding and financing for complete streets infrastructure improvements, successful strategies for educating the public, and more.
Planners, engineers, local government leaders, and advocates will gather to learn, network, and gain the tools they need to build safer streets and vibrant communities in Ohio.
The conference will offer 8 educational sessions throughout the day, and will include an exhibitor hall for participants to meet and connect with professional experts, advisors, and more.
Panels and trainings will dive into topics, such as:
Active Transportation in Rural Ohio: Best Practices and Solutions
Integrating Transit and Active Transportation: How to Build a Comprehensive Transportation System
Adapting 20th Century Standards to Fit the Modern World: How Personal Mobility Scooters and other e-Devices Create a Need to Update Design Standards
Downtowns and Parking: How to Engage the Business Community about Active Transportation Investments
