GOPC is excited to host the 2026 Ohio Active Transportation Conference on Wednesday, September 2!

The 2026 Ohio Active Transportation Conference will be held at the Conference Center at the OCLC in Dublin, Ohio. This location offers convenient access for attendees across the state and will help us keep registration costs reasonable.

This conference will focus on bike and pedestrian infrastructure, funding and financing for complete streets infrastructure improvements, successful strategies for educating the public, and more.

Planners, engineers, local government leaders, and advocates will gather to learn, network, and gain the tools they need to build safer streets and vibrant communities in Ohio.

Registration begins at 8:00am with breakfast available.

Opening Remarks will start at 9:00am in the Upstairs Dining Room

The Conference concludes at 4pm, following the final panel session.

Continuing Education Credits

GOPC is pleased to announce that attendees of the 2026 Ohio Active Transportation Conference are eligible to receive continuing education credits from the following organizations for attending today’s panel sessions.

American Planning Association (Ohio Chapter) AICP CM Credits

Each panel is eligible for 1 CM credit, with attendees eligible for up to 4 credits. Please see the APA AICP number listed with each panel in the program on pages 10-15.

Ohio Board of Engineers & Surveyors

Professional engineers seeking continuing education credits can scan the QR code to located in the conference program, printed in each breakout session room, and in the slide show in each session. Complete the form online and select the panel sessions you attended. We will provide you with a certificate of completion for each session up within 15 days following the conference via email delivery.
