GOPC is excited to announce it will host the 2026 Ohio Active Transportation Conference on Wednesday, September 2!
The 2026 Ohio Active Transportation Conference will be held at the Conference Center at the OCLC in Dublin, Ohio. This location offers convenient access for attendees across the state and will help us keep registration costs reasonable.
This conference will focus on bike and pedestrian infrastructure, funding and financing for complete streets infrastructure improvements, successful strategies for educating the public, and more.
Planners, engineers, local government leaders, and advocates will gather to learn, network, and gain the tools they need to build safer streets and vibrant communities in Ohio.

Registration Costs
Registration for the 2026 Ohio Active Transportation Conference will open in late spring or early summer 2026.
Early Bird Registration of $100 will be available, followed by
General Registration of $125.
At this time, GOPC does not plan to create different registration fees for attendees from different industries.
Continuing Education Credits
GOPC does intend to seek continuing education accreditation for most/all panels. We anticipate professionals will be able to earn 2-4 hours of continuing education by attending the conference.

Panel Information
The 2026 Ohio Active Transportation Conference will offer opportunities for advocates and local government leaders to learn more about how to plan and develop active transportation infrastructure, and professionals and practitioners the opportunity to network and grow the skills they need to advance active transportation projects.
As we develop the agenda and plan the events for the conference, we invite you to share your panel ideas with us! We’re seeking engaging and lively session proposals that deliver practical tools, inspire innovation, and address the challenges and opportunities facing Ohio’s communities.
