Webinar on Ohio’s Small and Mid-Sized Legacy Cities
In conjunction with the Ohio CDC Association, Greater Ohio Policy Center (GOPC) co-hosted a Webinar that examined how smaller legacy cities, from Akron to Zanesville, have fared over the last 15 years.
GOPC shared findings from its recent report on how these cities’ economic conditions compare to Ohio’s larger legacy cities and Columbus. The presentation also focused on best practices that smaller legacy cities throughout the Midwest and Northeast used to jumpstart revitalization and that local community and economic development practitioners can catalyze and implement.
