The FAST Act, the 2015 legislation that was the first federal law in over a decade to provide long-term funding for surface transportation infrastructure planning and investment, with $305 billion in federal spending authorization, is set to expire on September 30.

The federal moratorium on evictions is set to end this Saturday July 25th. In response, HUD has released a toolkit for public housing landlords plan and implement strategies to avoid eviction.
